Mark your
calendars! 5 week
testing is just
around the corner, 7
a.m. on May 3rd!
Main focus will be
on sit ups/push ups,
sit & reach, and
1-mile run. You
will be amazed at
how far you've come
in such a short
amount of time!
Do you want to learn
even MORE about
healthy eating? Set
up a nutrition tour
with Dietitian
Heather Illig,
Johnston Hy Vee!
Grab a few friends -
she can take up to
15 people on a tour
to discuss proper
nutrition, healthy
choices, and give
you some great ideas
for quick, easy, and
healthy meals (free
taste testing too)!

has been through the
FXB program and
understands the

 Junior
FXB will be held
again this year
from June 16
through August
7th for your 6th
- 12th graders.
Last year we had
24 students and
22 out of 24
completed the
course! Ask us
about the $199
FXB Parents'

enrolled F.I.T.
Maintenance people.

Beginning on
Saturday, April
26, we will be
holding a second
eXtreme class at
8:30 am in the
South Gym.
We will still be
holding our
regular Saturday
schedule as
usual. Various
seasoned
instructors will
be leading the
class.
