June 16th - August 7th

Junior FXB will get 6th-12th
graders in shape for Cross Country, Volleyball, Softball,
Football, Cheerleading, Soccer, or just to get you off the couch
and become a little more active.

The
program is a fun, eight week course, which will train and
educate you on the importance of exercise and proper nutrition
while maintaining a busy lifestyle. It will consist of 32
classes, a sound nutritional program, fitness evaluations, goal
setting, teamwork and most of all – FUN.
Each class focuses on
several elements of fitness. Examples are: speed and
agility, body coordination, focus, balance and teamwork.
Stretching techniques and core strengthening will
be emphasized in every
class throughout the 8 weeks.
You will participate
in a 60 minute action packed fitness class four times a week,
Monday through Thursday, which will include aerobic kickboxing,
fitness kickboxing with gloves and bags, strength training with
resistance bands and medicine balls, plyometrics, calisthenics,
flexibility

Along your eight week
fitness journey, each student will be put on a team and assigned
a coach. These coaches and teammates will give you the
encouragement, positive motivation, and support needed to
achieve fitness goals that are similar to The Presidential
Physical Fitness test.
Junior FXB will teach
each of you a system for living healthy, and our aim at
Farrell’s is to guide you through this eight week course while
you establish at least one positive habit
