FXB141 Information
Our
facility is located less than one mile north of
Super Target on highway 141. We have the Cardio Kickboxing on Monday,
Wednesday and Friday, and our Resistance training Tuesday, Thursday, and
Saturday. Our classes are all instructor led, and we have times available all
throughout the day - check our class schedule for
more information. We pride ourselves in having top notch instructors and coaches
– guaranteed to make you sweat, get a great workout and have fun doing it! In
one of the largest FXB locations around, we have nice size shower facilities for
those who need to get ready for work or do a quick rinse off after a hot sweaty
class.

Testing Information
When you
choose to do the FXB program you have chosen to make a very positive
commitment to yourself for the next 10 weeks and hopefully for life! This
information is being provided to you so you will have the information you need prior
to the orientation. 
The orientation will be held on Saturday, September 6 at 9 am.
Plan on being there for approximately 3 hours. (It is a good idea to come
a little early.) If, for some reason, you cannot attend the Saturday
testing, we have scheduled a make-up orientation for Tuesday, September 9 at 6:00 pm. You MUST attend an orientation and we STRONGLY recommend you attend
one of the two group sessions. You are unable to participate in classes until
after you test.
Now for orientation tips:
1. Be prepared to do physical activity and run 1 mile
(rain or shine). Bring weather appropriate clothing, as we will be running
outside.
2. Be fully hydrated, you will want to drink at least
64 oz of water the day before (Note, alcohol and caffeine dehydrate the body.)
3.
Make sure you wear or bring proper clothing for
the picture. You must take the picture to compete in the competition. Be
assured this will be done privately and you will not be walking around in front
of all of the other participants. Women are encouraged to wear a swimsuit or a
sports bra and biker shorts. Men should wear shorts and no shirt. Again, this
will all be done in private! You will be asked to wear the same type clothing
in your final picture at the end of the 10 weeks.
4. Make sure you have eaten something light before
you come.
5. Try to arrive 15 – 20 minutes early. This will
allow unfinished paperwork to be completed prior to the start time and make the
orientation run smoother.
6. Finally, come with a positive and upbeat
ATTITUDE!! We at Farrell’s XB are going to do our best to make this a fun,
positive, and healthy experience for each of you.
