You will look in the mirror and feel good about yourself. The principles in this course will put you on the road to a healthy lifestyle, and one that you can follow for years.

The people with the best-proportioned bodies, lowest body fat and largest muscles are body builders. By applying the same principles as body builders, our FXB program, will transform your body dramatically. FXB utilizes body building principals by including a mix of proper nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and stretching exercises.

  The components of Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping course

1. Aerobic - fat burning and increasing your metabolism

2. Resistance - muscle building, toning and increasing your lean body mass
